• The subject of the request must be stated; and related information and documents must be enclosed to the request. Requests shall be accepted after your identity is confirmed by our company and you shall be informed in written or via electronic media within the legal period.

In written requests, the date when the letter is submitted to our company shall be considered as the date of request. In the case of requests submitted in other methods, the date of receipt by company shall be taken as the request date.
